Networking is happening around the clock thanks to Linkedin, but to truly stand out, you need to understand how the new profile with affect you.

On the right-hand side of your page, you’ll see a new section, “insights.” When you visit a profile, your insights will show you what you have in common with this person. This new feature allows you to brush up on conversation topics and know what to reach out to them about. Linkedin is still at its heart about connection, but now, your connections can be made meaningful with insights!

Engagement Made Easy

Before, it seemed that once you connected to someone that was pretty much the end of the road. However, engagement and networking are the purpose of this professional social network. With the new look, you’re able to engage easier. Now, recent activity is at the top of each profile, which makes it easier for you to keep up with the changes in their life. Plus, you can send congratulations on a new job, suggest connections, or even endorse their skills. Make meaningful connections in a snap.
