You love talking about hot topics in the garden and home industry, and we do too! To share Garden Media's passion about gardening, public relations, and marketing, we created a monthly e-book and corresponding e-book club at the end of the month!

Each month we have decided to release a new e-book featuring a case study that illustrates a specific public relations strategy, along with tips on building your reputation and strengthening your brand. Then, each Wednesday we blog about the topic too, so that you get as much info as possible!

How to Join a Google Hangout

Google+ Hangout's only allow 10 people to physically join the video chat, so if you're one of the lucky ten, here's how to join a Google+ Hangout.

BUT, anyone can watch the live Youtube video of the Hangout, and post questions on the event page or the Youtube video for Suzi to respond to. We'll be posting the Youtube link on the Google+ Event page to make it as easy as possible for you.

If you're planning on joining us today, you'll need to learn how to join a Google Hangout.

1. First things first, log into your Google+ account!

2. Then, make sure you have sent your ebook RSVP here.

3. Next, download Google's voice & video chat plugin.

4. Before you go live, make sure you've tested your video chat with someone else. I also like to make sure my outfit appears professional on the camera, my voice can be heard loud and clear, and the lighting works to my advantage!

5. Finally, tomorrow at two p.m., Garden Media will post the link to join the Hangout on the Google+ event page and e-mail it out to everyone who's formally signed up for our e-book club!
